Xmipp, "X-Window-based Microscopy Image Processing Package", (J. Struct. Biol. 148(2), 194-204) is a suite of image processing programs, primarily aimed at single-particle 3D electron microscopy. If you have used Xmipp in your work, please cite our papers as given in the ListOfReferences.
